My time in Toulouse is coming to a close. In six weeks I’ll be wedging books into every available space of luggage and flying to England to start my new adventure. But after two years in my adopted home town, I’m realizing that this blog hasn’t shown La Ville Rose a huge amount of love. So it is now my mission to amend such an oversight and give you all a glimpse of my favourite city in France.
You know how I moved to France for a year to learn some French before sallying forth to greener pastures? Yea, well, I can’t say I’m very good at the sallying part. It’s been a year and I’m still in France.

These spaces I love
To fill with my winding steps
After all the photos I’ve been taking in the past year, I realised that since arriving in Toulouse my camera’s just been sitting forgotten in my wardrobe. Well, yesterday it was time to dust it off, charge it up and hit the streets. I took a beginner’s photography course!
It’s been a hella long time since I wrote about my adventures. The last six weeks have been like this huge black hole, consuming any creative instinct I once possessed and leaving me in this worn out state where I oscillate between sleeping and freaking out over my lack of productivity.
